BARN CUSTOMIZATION

In addition to a standard construction, our company offers many different ways to customize your barn, so you can build the barn that suits yours, and your horses' needs the best.

1. Customizing Run-In Sheds: Our run in sheds come standard with 4' high oak kickboards and without any windows or partitions. In a small run in shed (e.g. 10'x12'), you will have one opening (bay), and in larger ones (e.g. 10'x20' or larger) there would be two or more openings. Besides the many options that we offer, our run in sheds can be customized to have solid or removable partitions to divide the bays, and windows in the back of each bay to create an air circulation in humid & hot weather. In addition to these options, you can order a run-in shed/storage room combination with a storage room that can be installed either on right side of the shed, left side or in the center. Storage room comes standard with wooden floor, solid partitions, one 3'x7' door and one window.

2. Customizing Shed-Row Barns: All of our shed-row horse barns already come standard with 4' high kickboards, 4'x7' Dutch doors, sliding windows with window grills and 7' high dividers (partitions) between stalls. Each partition is made of 4' high solid wall and 32" high powder coated grill on top. The way you can customize the shed-row barn is to have removable or solid partitions between stalls, sliding doors installed in partitions, windows installed in Dutch doors for more light, gable vents or ridge vent for better ventilation, etc. In addition to many options, you can choose the size of stalls and the size of storage room. For example, our 10'x30' shed-row barn comes standard with three 10'x10' stalls. If you like, you can order a 10'x30' shed-row barn with two 10'x10' stalls and one 10'x10' storage room, or with two 10'x12' stalls and one 10'x6' storage room, all for the same price.

3. Other Customizations: In addition to the standard barn customizations, we offer other options, such as 42" overhangs (on 8' & 10' wide barns/sheds only), and single sloped roofs if you ever decide to add a wider lean-to in front of your shed. In such a case you have an option to order just a shed with a single sloped roof and purchase the lean-to materials locally, or we can supply you with all the necessary materials to finish the lean-to yourself. Keep in mind, that the list of options does not end here.

4. Dream Shed: We can also build you a storage shed with cedar siding, cedar shake shingles or standing seam metal roof, 2"x8" T&G solid flooring, walls and ceiling finished with T&G white pine and insulated, wooden double-hung windows, window shutters, cupola and single or double swing out doors.

5. Shed Uses: Any of our sheds may be converted into an office, cabin or a storage shed. We can completely insulate and finish the inside of any of our shed for office use. We can even wire your shed and install lights, switches, receptacles, etc. inside or outside of the barn. In addition, any of our barn or shed may be stained with the color of your choice. And if that's not enough, we can build your shed or barn completely on your site if you require bigger and taller building or if no access is available to bring fully built barn to your site.
