Run In Shed and Shed Row Barn Construction

Framing: 6"x6" pressure treated Southern Yellow Pine sills under each wall & partition and Oak Post & Beam style framing with 4x4 posts, 2x4 girts and 2x4 top and bottom wind braces.

Kickboards: 1x8x48" high rough-cut oak kickboards.

Siding: 1"x10" white pine board & batten rougher-head siding (vertical).

Stalls: Each stall comes standard with 4' high oak kickboards, double between stalls with 32" high steel grill on top (powder coated black), one 4'x7' Dutch door per stall and one 8-lite window with heavy duty window grill in the back of each stall.

Hardware: Barn style black powder coated hinges and latches are used on doors. We offer regular drop latches and horseshoe latches on our Dutch doors. Each Dutch door comes standard with a cribbing angle (chew bar) to protect the top of the bottom Dutch door section.

Tack Room/Storage Room: Comes with wooden floor (2"x6" pressure treated floor joists 16" o.c. under 5/8" CDX plywood decking). One 3'x7' entrance door and one 8-lite window.

Roof: Comes standard with 2"x4" rafters 16" o.c. (2"x6" rafters are optional), 7/16" OSB sheathing (1/2" plywood is optional), 15 lb. felt paper underlayment and 30 year architectural shingles (cedar shakes and metal roof - optional). For metal roofs 1"x4" lath 24" o.c. and double-bubble insulation is used under metal.
