CUSTOM BUILT STORAGE SHEDS

We offer different type of Custom Built Storage Sheds. All of our storage sheds are built with the same type of construction as any of our run in sheds or shed row barns, which means, they are built a lot sturdier than any regular storage shed available on the market. Any of our storage shed is suitable to store hay, tack supplies, garden tools or any small equipment. Storage Sheds that we offer may be built with three different type of roofs - Single Sloped Roof, Quaker Style Roof and an A-Frame Roof. The most noticeable difference between our sheds and most others, is, that we use heavier floor with 2x6 p.t. floor joists and rough-cut oak stick-built framing.

Storage Shed Standard Construction Specifications:

● Pressure treated 6x6 sill plates (grade beams)

● Oak stick-built framing with 4x4 posts and 2x4 girts & braces

● Wooden board & batten vertical siding

● Floor built with 2x6 p.t. floor joists 16" o.c. and 5/8" plywood

● One 6' wide double swing-out door

● Two 8-lite (25"x40") windows

● 30 year architectural asphalt shingles on roof with felt underlayment

In addition, any of our storage shed may be converted into a single car garage or used as a wood shop or a storage barn. We offer many different sizes and options for our storage sheds & barns. Sizes of storage sheds vary from 8'x8' to 14'x40'. When storage shed is converted into a car garage, heavier floor made of 2x6 floor joists 12" o.c. and 2x8 T&G Yellow Pine boards must be used to accommodate weight of a car. The other option is to purchase the shed without the floor and use concrete slab for the floor. Keep in mind, we do offer other services such as excavation, foundation and concrete slabs.
